At Pleasure Heaven we offer FREE POST delivery for Australian orders over $150.

All Australian orders under $150 are $13.00 for standard delivery via Australia Post.

If you are not home to receive the package, a card will be left in your mailbox for you to pick it up from your local Australia Post. Please be assured that our products are discreetly wrapped and our company name will NOT appear on your delivered package, also your package will NOT include any reference to adult products.

Please ensure your address is correct at the checkout as once your package has been confirmed as delivered
on the Australia Post website we cannot refund or re-deliver your items.

International:

The postage cost applied at checkout is an estimate only and Pleasure Heaven will contact you with a quote and confirm your order should the price be higher than estimated.

RETURNS

Please choose carefully before you buy as we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind due to health and hygeine reasons. However, we do offer a 30 day (from delivery) exchange of faulty items. We will then offer a replacement product or, if the exact product is not available, we will offer another product of the same value.

Use the Contact Us tab to inform us of a faulty product and request a return. We will then reply with a return number and an address for you to return your faulty goods.

Prior to requesting a return please ensure you are using the correct batteries and they have been inserted correctly, try new batteries and ensure the battery connectors are not wet or have moisture.
